Terms & Conditions for MenMyGuys

By accessing or using MenMyGuys, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
1. Platform Role
MenMyGuys operates as a technology marketplace connecting users with independent restaurants, stores, and delivery partners. We do not manufacture, prepare, or directly sell goods listed on the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental or legal guardian consent to use this platform. By using MenMyGuys, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. MenMyGuys is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
4. Orders & Payments
- All orders are subject to store acceptance and availability.
- Prices are determined by individual stores and may change.
- Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
- MenMyGuys does not store debit or credit card details.
5. Delivery
Delivery times provided on the platform are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary due to traffic conditions, weather, high demand, store preparation time, or other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders may be cancelled before store confirmation. Refund requests are subject to review by the store and MenMyGuys. Approved refunds will be processed according to our payment provider’s timelines.
7. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not:
- Engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity
- Abuse, harass, or threaten delivery partners or stores
- Interfere with or disrupt platform operations
Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.
8. Limitation of Liability
MenMyGuys provides the platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We are not responsible for product quality disputes, inaccuracies in listings, or delays beyond our reasonable control.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in activities harmful to the platform or its users.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
